What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

•	Cancellations received two or more weeks prior to the scheduled event will be entitled to a full refund, minus a $15 handling fee.
•	No refunds will be provided after two weeks prior to the scheduled event.

We encourage substitutions without additional fees. Substitutions should be submitted by email to tamho@tamho.org.

Is there a TAMHO member discount?

Staff of TAMHO member organizations can take advantage of a $15/person discount. If your organization hasn’t received the promo code, please email tamho@tamho.org to request it. Please use your organizational email, as the email extension will serve as proof of employment at a TAMHO member agency.

What does the registration fee include?

The webinar registration fee includes:
•	Access to the webinar.
•	Speaker handouts and related training materials.
•	Documentation of CEs (Continuing Education), clock hours, or contact hours earned. Full attendance is required to receive CEs; no partial hours will be provided.
